Your Questions Answers
It’s hard to give an exact deadline, as it depends on your tenant’s response and the Court. We always aim to respond to you within 2 working days so you know that there will be no delay caused by us.
The available grounds for evicting a tenant depend on whether the fixed term has expired. The most common grounds are:
- Rental arrears
- Antisocial behaviour
If a Landlord has adhered to all of their obligations, and follows the correct eviction process, there is unlikely to be any criticism or grounds to be sued by a tenant.

£100 – Notices – (£25 per additional tenant)
£50 to review a Notice – if not completed by us
£445.00 + Court fee – Accelerated Court Proceedings
Starting from £645.00 + Court fee – Standard Court Proceedings
£250 Minimum non local advocacy fee across all matters
