How Long Does It Take To Evict A Tenant?

It’s hard to give an exact deadline, as it depends on your tenant’s response and the Court. We always aim to respond to you within 2 working days so you know that there will be no delay caused by us.

On What Grounds Can A Landlord Evict A Tenant?

The available grounds for evicting a tenant depend on whether the fixed term has expired. The most common grounds are:

£100 – Notices – (£25 per additional tenant) 

£50 to review a Notice – if not completed by us 

£445.00 + Court fee – Accelerated Court Proceedings

Starting from £645.00 + Court fee – Standard Court Proceedings

£250 Minimum non local advocacy fee across all matters
